  • On-Campus Parking

    • After 5PM on weekdays and all day on weekends, you may park in permit-restricted spaces displaying only your municipal placard or license plate. Please adhere to time restrictions noted in areas.

  • Street Parking

    • The parking rate is $1.50 per hour in Ithaca city.

  • Downtown Parking

    • Downtown Ithaca parking is FREE on evenings and weekends at the meters and at the Seneca and Green St. garages.

  • Parking Garages

    • Seneca Garage: situated at the corner of Tioga and Seneca Streets across from the Ithaca Commons and Seneca Place/Hilton Hotel. This 450 car garage is operated by the City of Ithaca.
    • Green St. Garage: located on E. Green St., after the Cinemapolis marquee. This 400 car garage is operated by the City of Ithaca.
    • Cayuga Garage: located across from the Hotel Ithaca at the corner of Clinton and Cayuga Streets. This 700 car garage is privately managed by Allpro Parking.

If you have booked hotel rooms at Hotel Ithaca or Ithaca Marriott Downtown in the Commons, we have arranged a free shuttle service with Swarthout Coaches that will loop from Hotel Ithaca & Ithaca Marriott Downtown in the Commons to Cornell University Central Campus, on Friday evening and Saturday.
